Business Discovery Sessions are sessions focused on point products or solutions. With each session, students will understand their offering, differentiators, key questions to ask and key situations that allow them to identify opportunities, overcome objections and create a value proposition.
These sessions are typical half-day to two days long. The instructor are experts in delivering engaging training.
In this course, you will learn how businesses and organizations behave in situations in which strategic decisions are interdependent, i.e. where my actions affect my competitors' profits and vice versa. Using the basic tools of game theory, we will analyse how businesses choose strategies to attain competitive advantage.
